Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Top Producing Real Estate Agent
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking for, part-time opportunity? A top-producing real estate agent is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agent’s calendar, schedule appointments, and handle client communications
- Prepare real estate documents, contracts, and marketing materials
- Process and review transaction files for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate listing details including MLS submissions, photos, and property descriptions
- Assist with social media management
- Manage and implement monthly marketing plan
- Data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must as some local travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate admin or a similar role preferred
- Must be technologically savvy and willing to learn.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Job Type
Part Time 20+ hours per week with the possibility of up to 40
Monday to Friday
In Office at our location in Blue Bell, PA
Real Estate License a plus but not required.
We are willing to help the right candidate get licensed.
