Our company is seeking a part-time community manager (20 hours per week) for a condominium located in Center City Philadelphia. Said manager will be responsible for the daily operations, financial oversight, physical maintenance, and resident communication for the condominium owners. Primary duties include upholding policies, managing the budget, coordinating maintenance as needed, and acting as a liaison between residents and the board of directors. Real estate and property management software experience a plus.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Operations Management: Ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of the condominium, including maintaining facilities, managing vendors, and enforcing community rules.
Financial Management: Assisting with budget preparation, managing operational accounts, collecting fees from residents, and providing financial transparency to the board.
Communication: Facilitating communication between residents, the board of directors, and management staff, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Maintenance: Overseeing property and equipment maintenance, addressing common area maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with community regulations.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing resident complaints and disputes, acting as a mediator to resolve issues and maintain harmony within the community.
