I need you to tour homes and take photos of what the home looks like (outside, kitchen, living room, etc), especially photos of anything that looks incredibly out of date or horrible condition.
And there is also a script too. At the end of the tour, I'm gonna need for you to recite a script to the homeowner something along the lines of "My boss will pay you upfront if you sign the agreement on the next meeting you have. I don't know how much but it is definitely in the high 650-1K upfront".
