I'm looking for a candidate that can help me with the leasing of my rental units in Philadelphia. The tenant base is low income section 8 and would be looking for tenants with housing voucher from the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Section 8 leasing experience preferred however not required. I'm willing to offer the candidate an exclusive shot at listing/ renting our available units. The candidate must have a reliable car for transportation and a strong work ethic.
