About the Role:
We’re looking for observant, discreet individuals to help us ensure the quality and consistency of our field operations. As a Field QA, you’ll be responsible for visiting various sites to document and report on activities taking place during work hours.
This is a great short-term opportunity for someone detail-oriented and self-directed, who enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities:
Travel to various job sites across NYC to conduct discreet field observations.
Capture time-stamped photos or brief notes verifying field staff presence and adherence to company guidelines.
Report daily findings to the internal operations team.
Maintain a neutral, non-intrusive presence during visits.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must currently reside in New York City
Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
Comfortable working on a flexible, rotating schedule (may work up to 2 days/week)
Able to commit to a short-term contract (1–2 months)
Comfortable with discreet observation and reporting
