We are a food truck startup business in Philly launching hopefully by January. Looking for operational staff. Position has a clear path to bonuses, and management and/or equity.
Job Description:
-Drive support vehicle to food-truck storage location, connect to hitch and drive it to operational location, operate the food truck which entails accepting food orders from customers, operating POS system, accepting payment from customers, preparing and cooking the food, packaging the food and give to customers, maintain positive and friendly relations with customers. At the end of the shift, prepare for closing, once the closing procedure is complete, bring vehicle to hitch to food truck and drive the truck to the support facility, empty waste water and oil, fill up with new clean water, hose down the outside, clean and scrub the inside, drive food truck to storage location.
-Anticipated operational hours are Monday-Thursday 10AM-7PM. Friday & Saturday 10AM-2AM(following day).
-Shifts for Monday-Thursday are whole day shifts open to close. Shifts for Friday & Saturday are split into two: first shift is 10AM - 6PM, second shift is 6PM-2AM.
-Looking for someone who can work at least 4 shifts a week.
-Will sign you up as a 1099 contractor so you have the ability to receive full pay and can write off your own expenses as a contractor when you file your taxes.
Compensation:
-Month 1 & 2: $125/Day
-Month 3 - 6: $150/Day (subject to performance review & business financial health)
-Month 7 - 12: $150/Day + 10% reward from business profits (subject to performance review & business financial health)
-Month 13 - 18: $150/Day + 15% reward from business profits (subject to performance review & business financial health)
-After month 18: Up to 25% equity ownership in second location for operating it and will earn $150/day ( in addition to their 25% share of the profits) (subject to performance review & business financial health)
-After month 24: Operations Associate will have opportunity to interview for salaried manager position over the whole business while maintaining their up to 25% equity ownership in the second location. As the business expands into more locations, they will have the opportunity for more management which comes with higher salaries as well.(subject to performance review & business financial health)
Qualifications:
-Speaks English
-Has a drivers license
-Has food safety certificate valid in Philadelphia or is willing to obtain it.
-Preferred Additional Language: Arabic or Urdu or Pashto or Farsi or Turkish or Uzbek
-Preferred to have an SUV that can tow 4000 pounds, we will give you a gas and toll monthly reimbursement.
