DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create an unforgettable customer experience by forging lasting relationships.
Work with the sales team to deliver top-notch service.
Greet customers promptly and authentically.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and offer expert product feedback.
Help achieve sales goals in a commission-based environment.
Stay knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends, particularly activewear.
Communicate inventory needs to support sales targets.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store and help with merchandising.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctual and reliable, adhering to scheduled shifts.
Strong ability to build relationships and resolve customer concerns.
Quick to learn new procedures and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative.
