About the Role
Bucks Lumber is looking for a dependable runner / floater to support our warehouse and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with building materials, and being part of a fast-moving supply environment.
You’ll help pull orders, load trucks, assist customers, track inventory, and handle day-to-day tasks that keep the operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Pull and stage material orders for customer pickup and delivery
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Assist customers and contractors with material pickups
Organize and maintain warehouse and yard areas
Help track inventory and report shortages or discrepancies
Support sales staff with order fulfillment
Run miscellaneous errands related to the business
Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean and orderly
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work
Comfortable lifting and handling building materials
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Basic organizational skills (inventory awareness is a plus)
Construction, lumber yard, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
Valid driver’s license preferred
