Must have Minimum of 3 years in the role of a System Administrator or equivalent. Prefer 5+ years’ experience as a Managed Services Provider or Hosting Provider.
Looking for a dynamic team player with experience to join our growing MSP and Data Center Support Team.
Must Have Proficient Experience in:
Deploying and Maintaining Data Center equipment (Compute, Storage, Network and Hype Converged systems).
Office 365 Migration and Management skills including Exchange online. Skills related to migration, Active Directory synchronization of user accounts and setup.
Managed Service Provider Remote Management Systems such as Kaseya, Continuum, Labtech or other RMM tools.
Familiar with working with Ticketing Systems (BMS, Connectwise, or other)
Managed Antivirus systems (Webroot, SentinelOne + Backup Solutions (Veeam, HYCU).
Active Directory Management + Proficient in Group Policy Management.
Windows Server Administration (New Installs, Upgrades, Management).
VMware ESXi, Nutanix, AHV administration.
Understanding of Firewall and Network Terminology and concepts (DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN)
Excellent Documentation skills - Must be proficient in communication, documentation and customer manuals for instruction. Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Must be a team player and able to communicate with teammates for a positive customer experience.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work independently and in a group.
Must have a reliable car as onsite visits to customers required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Professional appearance and business appropriate dress required.
Occasional weekend projects which are scheduled in advance.
