Integrity Security Services (ISS) is currently seeking candidates for upcoming job opportunities. Set to debut in the Fall of 2024 within Southeastern Pennsylvania, ISS will provide armed security operations at a range of locations, including construction sites, warehouses, residential complexes, and various other settings. Notably, ISS will NOT be engaging in contracts with bars or nightclubs.
Founded by a seasoned law enforcement officer with over 15+ years of experience spanning from a major city police department to a federal agency. ISS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security.

Duties
- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
- Protect property and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Apprehend criminals and evict violators
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems
- Conduct security checks on personnel, vehicles, and bags as required
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Armed Security Officer or relevant position
- Must possess a valid armed security officer license (ACT 235)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with law enforcement regulations and practices
- Ability to operate firearms safely and effectively
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Knowledge of first aid/CPR procedures is preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing, walking, and lifting
Please note that this position requires individuals who are trained in conflict management and have experience in loss prevention.
