We are seeking a service-oriented professional to join our team as a part-time concierge. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Qualifications:
Courteous and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills and good judgment, even under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and clerical skills
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
Responsibilities:
Greet residents and assist as needed
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support resident needs
Receive, log, and retrieve packages and deliveries
Schedule move-ins and move-outs
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and staff areas
Prior concierge or front desk experience in a residential setting is preferred but not required.
