2 different Bowling Lanes currently looking for Door Staff on Monday - Sunday nights . Shifts are from 7:30pm to 2am. Must be committed to working Friday & Saturdays, Sunday as this is mandatory to be considered for this position. Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. As a member of our security team, responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment, resolving any conflicts that may arise, verify identification presented by guests (training will be provided).
Must be Punctual, have a calm demeanor, excellent communication skills an able to handle the atypical drinking bar crowd as well as the physical ability to do the tasks listed above.
You must have experience in the following areas;
High Volume Bowling Lanes
At Least 25 years of age
Checking identification to ensure appropriate drinking age
Maintain professional communication with clients and patrons at all times.
Deescalating confrontational situations
Taking action for others safety physically and verbally
Remain alert and vigilant while on duty
Assist other employees in a team related environment
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance and professional grooming.
Other relevant duties as assigned per Manager/Supervisor
