Rolls Auto Sales, a thriving and independently owned used car dealership in Philadelphia, is seeking dynamic and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Generate and manage sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential buyers.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets.
Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and dealership inventory to effectively assist customers.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and past customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in car sales and customer service is a must.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact well with people.
Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.
Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
