Job Responsibilities:
-Generate and manage sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential buyers.
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets.
-Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and dealership inventory to effectively assist customers.
-Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
-Follow up with leads and past customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in car sales and customer service is a must.
-Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact well with people.
-Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Valid driver's license.
-Spanish is a plus.
