If so, you might be exactly what we are looking for! Bell's Bike Shop has an opening for a customer service team member. This is a full or part-time year round position where you will be trained. Bicycle shop work experience is not necessary although a plus!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer messages
Intake drop offs in for service
Answer phones
Handle both face to face and over the phone sales
Continually work to increase product and compatibility knowledge
Organize office and retail space
Working to improve or correct online content
Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility
Evaluate and Review new products and provide feedback as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience required
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook or Google Apps equivalent
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
Able to meet deadlines and remain detail oriented
Cycling experience needed
