Field Sales Coordinator

At Whizz, we're transforming transportation for delivery drivers, offering reliable mobility solutions for everyone, regardless of financial background.

As the face of our company, your role will be to connect with delivery workers, building relationships to promote and drive sales of our e-bike services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and approach: Identify and approach potential clients, primarily delivery workers, to introduce and sell our ebike solutions;

2. Client engagement: Engage with prospective clients in a friendly, professional, and assertive manner to understand their needs and present our e-bike offers;

3. Sales presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our e-bikes;

4. Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and referrals;

5. Market research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products;

6. Sales goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in outside sales or similar role;

2. Hustler mentality with strong work ethic and goal driven;

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients;

4. Confident and persuasive in presenting products and closing sales;

5. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities efficiently;

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision;

7. Ensuring that everyone, regardless of their socio-economic background, has access to key resources to succeed in entrepreneurship;

Important:

You should be authorized to work in the US;

Knowledge of foreign languages: (French, Spanish, Arabic) is a big plus.

1. Competitive salary: base pay of $15-20/hour plus performance-based bonus incentives (up to $2500/week).
