SUMMARYAs IntelyCare’s Regional Vice President of Sales, Northeast, you’ll oversee the regional sales processes for the Northeast Region based remotely. The RVP will be tasked with implementing regional sales strategies to increase productivity and ensure overachievement of sales goals. They will also actively lead new account prospecting and implementing prospecting rigor to generate sales and create a predictable sales forecast. The RVP will contact new and existing customers to demonstrate the value of their company's products or services and ensure there is an excellent customer experience to increase the possibility of repeat business. To that end, the RVP of the Northeast Region will lead Customer Success (supply & demand) resources as well as sales to ensure healthy upsell value while also minimizing churn. Finally, the RVP will be the face of enterprise selling within the region to ensure the cultivation and growth of senior executive relationships and multi-faced enterprise selling cycles with large corporations. The RVP of sales must be organized individual, pay close attention to detail especially as it relates to daily forecasting and have strong interpersonal skills to tackle sales obstacles with innovative solutions. They must be able to work in fast-paced environment and have excellent multitasking skills. The RVP must work well in a team setting to achieve all company sales objective in a timely manner, as well as perform effectively on their own with minimal supervision. Finally, the RVP must follow and hold the team accountable to the corporate sales methodology (Sandler).

Who‌‌ You‌‌ Are‌‌‌· Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Master’s degree a plus.· 7 or more years of sales or business development experience in healthcare to include pharmaceutical, biotech, med device, hospital, health system, or other healthcare entity.· Track record of starting a region from scratch, often acting as a “player coach”. · Track record of closing deals. History of meeting or exceeding sales goals with large corporate agreements.· Experience leading and executing full sales cycle (prospecting through closing and retention/upsell). · Experience leading sales teams in a matrix format a plus. · Experience with post-acute care, nurse staffing and/or workforce solutions a plus.· 10+ years of B2B sales experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and leading SaaS sales teams; ideally in pharma, SaaS is required· Documented track record as a manager for leader over-performance in regional or national sales· Experience working effectively with facility and corporate business stakeholders· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Accomplished at leading lead generation and prospecting activities on a consistent (daily) basis· Demonstrable experience with Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, Solution and Customer Centric selling techniques.· Experience leading diverse sales teams that sell into post-acute facilities.· Ability to travel 25-50% of the time within the region.· Bachelor’s Degree or higher· Ability to consistently manage numerous high priority projects at the same time.· Ability to present a professional image to management, staff, clients, and other outside contacts.· Exceptional internal and external customer service and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.· Flexible in nature to accommodate new program growth and change.· Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Able to learn new technology systems quickly.
