In this position, you will meet with clients to understand their needs and provide professional and accurate proposals. You will also work closely with our project management team to provide input into project coordination/completion and budgeting.
Responsibilities
Visit with prospective clients at their homes, prepare proposals, and communicate with customers to secure contracts. Review quotes, detailed cost estimates, and bids with project management for approval and submission.
Execute handover of approved work to the operations team for execution and coordinate with vendors and crews as required.
Follow-up on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent knowledge of the MS suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capable of reading Blueprints/Drawings.

Ability to communicate with project managers and tradesman on Scope of Work details
Skills Required
Minimum two years of experience in residential construction estimating experience, strong knowledge of computer software- MS Office (word, excel, etc)
