Quaranta Cleaners, a fast-growing office and window cleaning company in New Jersey, is hiring a driven Sales Representative to join our team! We specialize in eco-friendly cleaning for small to medium-sized businesses and need someone to help us expand our client base.
Job Details:
- Location: Central New Jersey (work remotely, meet clients on-site)
- Type: Full-time or part-time, commission-based with base pay
- Pay: 20% commission per contract + 20% MRR
Responsibilities:
- Cold call and email local businesses (offices, retail, corporate)
- Schedule and conduct on-site consultations for window/office cleaning
- Close deals and manage client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets (5-10 new clients)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years sales experience (cleaning industry a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable transportation for client visits
- Self-motivated, comfortable with cold outreach
