Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and leads as provided by the company.
- Visit customer stores within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using the company’s CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cannabis and hemp industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
