Sales Representative for Event / Bar Partnerships (Commission-Based)

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing Los Angeles based company specializing in setting up axe throwing cages at bars and breweries. We are looking to set up in the Philadelphia area and are seeking a seasoned, commission-based sales representative with strong connections in the bar and brewery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach bars, breweries, and venues that would be ideal for hosting axe throwing events.

2. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at these venues.

3. Pitch our axe throwing experiences as unique, fun, and profitable additions to their offerings.

4. Facilitate contracts and agreements, ensuring smooth execution of all partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience, particularly in event sales, hospitality, or related industries.

Established network and relationships within the bar and brewery scene.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Passion for unique, fun experiences, and a knack for seeing opportunities in unconventional settings.

Compensation:

1. $500 up front payment for each bar/brewery put under contract

2. 15% net revenue for first 6 months. (Approx. $800 to $1300 a month based on current locations)

3. 7.5% contract renewal bonus for 3 months.

4. Approved travel expenses
