Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant for a full-time hybrid role. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, communicating effectively with clients, delivering top-notch customer service, and promoting our solar power solutions. This role offers flexibility with remote work options. As a Solar Consultant, you will also have the opportunity to promote our 3rd party energy protection, community solar programs, and Generac generator solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop leads through multiple channels, including door-to-door outreach
Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solar solutions
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the consultation and installation process
Promote and educate clients on solar power benefits, as well as other energy-saving opportunities such as 3rd party energy protection, community solar, and Generac generators
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the solar industry and solar power solutions
Experience in lead generation and client communication
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently, while being a team player
Knowledge of sustainable energy practices
Openness to door-to-door sales as needed
