Position: Telephone Sales Representative
Location: Doylestown, PA 18901 (In-office Position) - Easily Accessible via SEPTA's Doylestown Stop
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities: As a Telephone Sales Representative at Logicstics, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Automated Warm Lead Engagement: Utilize our automated system to engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our international moving services.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' relocation needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct consultations to assess requirements and offer comprehensive moving packages.
3. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on clients' specifications. Clearly communicate pricing structures and negotiate terms to secure business.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining regular communication throughout the moving process.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights to enhance our service offerings.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of moving services. Coordinate with other departments to meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in international moving sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Computer proficiency is a must.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Understanding of the international relocation industry, including customs regulations and documentation is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Business, sales, or experience in a related field (preferred).
