Job Summary:
The Dual Massage Therapist, Esthetician and Lash Tech is responsible for providing guest with comprehensive and professional massages, facials and lash extension services, adhering to company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and brand standards. Performs massage, facials and lash extension services offered on our spa menu, using proper draping techniques while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Effectively communicates with guests to understand their needs and arears of concern, while maintaining a high level of customer service standards.
Essential Function:
Adhere to Dynamite Braids Hair Salon & Spa flawless service, Every Guest, everyday" philosophy and spa policy and procedures.
Anticipate guest needs and uphold spa and service standards for guest services.
Interact cooperatively and professionally with gusts and spa team, demonstrating respect, sensitivity and attentiveness, following all company guidelines.
Provide knowledgeable and thorough massage therapy, body treatments, facial and skincare services, while demonstrating professionalism resect and sensitivity to guest needs.
Provide guest consultation and personalized recommendations, based on guest's need, as well as sell and upsell retail products and enhancement treatment.
Responsible for fostering client relationship to enhance satisfaction, ensure repeat business, and support client retention intiatives.
Setup and break down of designated treatment area with the highest respect of fellow co-workers by maintaining neat and well-stocked work area.
Comply with and maintain safety, sanitation and disinfection standards, properly clean and sanitize products, room, tools and equipment, following Dynamite Braids Hair Salon & Spa and state governing boards requirements and guidelines.
Provide guests with a tour of the spa facility, as needed.
Communicate guest complaints or any maintenance issues to spa management.
Attend mandatory vendor and company training sessions as scheduled by spa management.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and capabilities.
Must have current PA massage Therapy and esthetician licenses.
Must have at least 1-3 years experience in a massage therapist and esthetician position preferably in a salon & spa environment.
Knowledge of esthetics and esthetics practices.
Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal english.
Must be organized, proactive and possess a strong attention to detail.
Basic computer software skills, including Microsoft office.

Compensation:
Weekly commission pay scale of 50%-60% Plus retail commission monthly bonus
This is a commission structure position.
The anticipated commission earned for this role translates to an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $60.00 not including gratuity.
This rate and pay structure is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Dynamite Braids Hair Salon & Spa. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the future. Employees are payed every week.
