Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Eyelash Extension Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in applying classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work with a loyal and growing clientele in a luxurious salon setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume techniques.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Recommend aftercare products and practices to clients to maintain lash health and longevity.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products.
Ensure outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
Assist with additional salon duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Certification or training in eyelash extension application from a recognized program.
PA Esthetician's license or PA Cosmetology license required.
Proven experience as an eyelash extension artist (portfolio of work is a plus).
Strong knowledge of eyelash application techniques and proper lash care.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
