We are looking for 2 junior stylist to join our team! We're looking for those fresh out of school or fairly new to the industry with promising skills and eager to learn.
Eager to build their clientele and perfect their skill all while learning client retention, hair care knowledge, offering superb service, teamwork and standing apart from the rest.
Potential candidate must be able to work full time, minimum 4 days a week. These 4 days will be spent building you and your career for you to stand on your own with or without our help. Our goal is to simply grow promising, passionate, dedicated, HUNGRY stylist for whatever their future goals may be.
Candidate must be a team player and deeply interested in hair care and hair knowledge. One morning each week will be spent in a "class" like setting learning the structure of hair, clients and products deeply from our in-house trichologist.
This opportunity will only be offered to 2 licensed stylists who must be punctual and professional.
Before applying please have some sort of portfolio, no matter how small you must be able to show your talent and skill level.
Please understand this is no easy feat, learning hair is complex and not one size fits all. Building your clientele takes time and must be worked on daily to yield its best results. Joining this program you must have patience and be prepared for consistent repetition. All while understand you're growing into the one of a kind stylist you were meant to be.
