We are a full service salon specializing in all hair textures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional hair services including (some but not all) cutting, coloring, styling, loc maintenance, natural styling
Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Listen to client needs and offer personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming station and salon environment
Collaborate with team members to support a positive, high-energy atmosphere
Promote salon products and services to enhance the client experience
Build and retain loyal clientele through exceptional service and communication
Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and salon events
Qualifications:
Valid Cosmetology license for PA
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Reliable, punctual and professional
Passion for the beauty industry and desire to continually improve
