I’m hiring a full-time Content Creator to help me grow my personal brand which drives my online business
Who I Am:
I’m a Philly-based entrepreneur specializing in helping people escape the 9–5 to build a 7-figure business through franchising. I live what I teach – running a $50M/year multi-unit franchise business.
I currently have 50k audience. I’m building a team to hit 1M over the next 18 months
Who You Are:
- A creative, entrepreneurial storyteller
- Skilled in video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube)
- Love to stay up on platform trends
- Knows how to write a hook, capture attention, and make business content engaging
- Want to work side-by-side very successful entrepreneur who’s building something big
What You'll Do:
- Plan and manage the content calendar
- Join me on location 1–2x per week (Blue Bell, PA)
- Shoot and edit 5–10 short-form videos/week
- Help direct + edit long-form YouTube content
- Occasionally travel (all costs covered)
- Repurpose content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, & Email
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience in business or financial education space
- Graphic design skills (Canva, thumbnails, carousels)
- Experience running content for entrepreneurs or influencers
