Looking for a skilled person to perform maintenance at an apartment complex in KOP. Must be strong in plumbing and drywall repair. General knowledge of electric and light carpentry is desired. Must have own tools, transportation and drivers license. Must be able to work alone, or with others. The job entails preparing apartments for renting (make ready), maintenance requests from tenants, and overall property building maintenance.
