Immediate opening! for Service writer position at our Sellersville location.
Reputable, fast paced auto service shop with towing is seeking an experienced auto repair service writer. We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, outgoing individual to grow relationships with his customers. This is a rare opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Position:
Full Time
Work every other Saturday
Hourly pay plus bonus
Qualifications:
- Great customer communication skills
- Honesty and integrity
- 2 Years experience customer service
- ASE C1 Certification a plus (required within 1 yr)
- Ability to manage repair deadlines & communicate those with customers while managing customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones - Schedule appointments
- Review vehicles needs and recommendations with customer
- Sell factory maintenance and needed service with customers
- Work with technicians to complete jobs
- Dispatch tow jobs
- Process warranty claims
- Maintaining service desk area
- Preparing monthly service reminders, advertisements, account billing
- Whatever it takes
