Looking for someone who can work without supervision, self starter, and is looking to grow with a Company.
This position is for an all around worker who can perform some framing, repairs, light carpentry, trim work (wood & Azek), and install windows and doors, etc.
Required Experience:
Preferably 5+ years experience
must have valid driver’s license
be able to pass drug test
reliable transportation to work
Self motivated
Detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Must possess the ability to work both independently and as team member
Must be reliable, exhibit follow-through, must be adept at completing tasks and solving problems
Team player with aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
Ability to comprehend and anticipate issues and problems which could impact the assigned task
Demonstrates initiative and flexibility
Skilled in communicating effectively orally and in writing, with individuals who represent a diverse population
Effective time management
Working knowledge of installation of materials
Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled
Must be capable of the physical demands, daily lifting of 20 lbs or more to over 50 lbs
Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary
Must be proactive in finding solutions
Truck and equipment provided. Must bring your own hand tools.
