Rutledge Home Improvement, a long established (Chalfont 18914) construction/remodeling company, is looking for a few tradesmen to join our team. We are looking for experienced and journeyman level employees to fill these full-time positions. We do everything from small maintenance/repairs to bathroom and kitchen remodels to ground -up additions and buildings. Ideal candidates would be self motivated , detail oriented, reliable and have a general knowledge of carpentry/construction.
At Rutledge Home Improvement, you will have steady (we are typically 5-6 months out), year round work and the majority will be in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
All applicants should possess:
A valid drivers license
Basic carpentry tools
The ability to follow verbal and written instructions
The ability to make accurate measurements
A willingness to learn and expand your skillset
The ability to adapt to changing work priorities
Beneficial skills:
Proficient with hand and power tools
Excellent mathematical skills
