The Church of St. Luke and the Epiphany (330 S. 13th St., Philadelphia) seeks a half-time Sexton to manage and maintain our historic church campus. Duties include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems, interfacing with contractors and vendors, event set up and breakdown, performing basic repairs, and maintaining the exterior and sidewalks. The Sexton also assists with hall rentals which provide additional hours and compensation. The ideal candidate should be self-directed and capable of collaboration.
