We are seeking a reliable Construction Helper to assist with a variety of residential remodeling projects. This role involves exposure to all phases of construction, providing hands-on experience across multiple trades. You will work directly alongside a skilled carpenter on active job sites, learning skills in carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, interior finishes, and general renovation tasks. This job will give plenty of opportunity to grow in the construction industry. Tools will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day residential remodel tasks
Support all phases of construction, from demo to finish work
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow instructions and learn new skills across multiple trades
Operate hand and power tools safely (training provided if needed)
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (MANDATORY)
Basic hand tool experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and ability to take direction
