Roofing Position – Full-time/Part time or Contract Work

Position Summary
Neighborhood Contracting is seeking motivated and dependable Roofers to join our growing team in either a full-time crew member role or as a contracted roofing professional. You’ll be responsible for assisting with or leading roofing projects according to scope and specifications. All work must be performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

We specialize in total house renovations, extensions, enclosures, kitchen and bathroom remodels — and we’re expanding our roofing division. Our team of employees and trusted trade partners delivers high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient work across a range of residential projects.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in roofing (asphalt shingle, flat, metal, etc.) is preferred
Ability to work at heights, use roofing tools/equipment safely
Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and roof safety systems
Willingness to follow directions from a site manager or project lead
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Commitment to jobsite safety and cleanliness
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Responsibilities
Assist or lead the installation, repair, or replacement of roofing systems
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Load/unload materials and handle site prep and clean-up
Follow daily work plans and complete tasks on schedule
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
