We are a fast-growing residential home remodeling company, is currently looking for experienced, reliable, professional deck building crews/ We specialize in building high quality custom decks with an attention to detail.
What we provide:
-Deck plans: Basic architect plans along with custom in depth drawings that explains all the details. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible for your crew to catch on to our methods and standards.
- Demo/digging/concrete: We will provide this service for each job so you and your crew are focused on the build. All the heavy work is done.unless you insist on performing these task.
-Customer Relation: We take care of all the customer communication so you and the crew can stay focused on the build. Again, our main goal is for you and your crew to focus on the task at hand and not have any delays.
Materials: With the plans we provide, we are able to have all the material delivered on site so there are no delays to the job and you and your crew are not delayed on waiting for materials to show.
What we require:
-Business license and insurance
-Experience in deck building: Framing, decking, railing and everything in between. There will be some things we will need to teach but the basics need to be known.
-Communication: We want to have a direct contact for day to day communication and updates.
-Professionalism: You must be willing to represent our brand in a professional manner. This includes wearing our gear that we will provided down to the behavior on site like jobsite cleanliness etc.
