We're looking for an IN-HOUSE Experienced Tech who can help us maintain a new facility with all new equipment AND you would Assist in keeping the building running smoothly !
We provide complete service for all of our IN-House equipment.
We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Be autonomous and able to work independently daily.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC - 5 years or more.
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to do light electrical work a big .
