Liberty & Freedom Painting is seeking an experienced painting contractor/crew leader to manage upcoming projects in the Montgomery, Bucks, and Lehigh County areas.
We have several interior and exterior painting jobs scheduled and are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a jobsite from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (residential/commercial)
Strong knowledge of prep, primer, and finish techniques for both interior & exterior
Ability to manage a small crew and keep projects on schedule
Reliable transportation, tools, and professional work ethic
Must be insured (proof required)
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the jobsite
Ensure high-quality prep and finish work.
Communicate progress and needs with the project manager.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Deliver projects on time and within scope.
