My name is Jeremy, and I am seeking an exterior maintenance technician to assist us with shopping center maintenance. This is outdoor position.
This includes picking up trash, painting over graffiti, repairing fences, patching concrete, repairing downspouts and much more.
This will be a W2 role starting between $20-22 an hour. We require our technicians to use their own vehicles and have tools (We reimburse miles).
