An insulation company in NJ is seeking a new foreman to manage field crews.
We are looking for a hardworking individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience managing a crew in the residential insulation field.
Job Overview:
The crew size will consist of 4-6 people performing insulation work in residential homes.
Core duties include:
-Attic cleaning
-Proper air sealing
-Installing new insulation
The foreman will be responsible for:
-Meeting the crew at our warehouse every morning
-Prepping the truck and crew for the day’s work
-Leaving the warehouse on time
-Ensuring all work at the client’s house is performed according to building codes and our guidelines
-Managing the crew throughout the workday
-Completing the job properly and in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Must have a valid Social Security number for work eligibility.
-Valid driver’s license and a working car.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a crew chief (references from a previous employer required).
Work Schedule:
We work 6 days a week, with one long weekend off per month (Saturday and Sunday).
Pay:
$1,600–$2,000 per week.
Relocation Details:
After the interview and vetting process, the chosen candidate will need to relocate to NJ for a trial period.
You may stay at a motel for 1-2 weeks while working with us.
If both parties are satisfied after the trial period, you will be hired as a foreman.
We will reimburse up to $1,500 for your relocation expenses.
