We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Remodeling Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the job run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing materials, coordinating the crew, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping homeowners informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Management: Ensure the correct materials are delivered to the job site on time, and handle any necessary material pickups and deliveries.
Crew Oversight: Supervise and guide the construction crew to ensure the job is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, providing updates on project status, timelines, and any changes. Ensure that homeowners are happy with the progress and quality of work.
Scheduling & Inspections: Schedule and meet with local inspectors to ensure the project complies with all necessary regulations and codes.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project in a timely and professional manner, minimizing disruptions and delays.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of project timelines, materials, and inspections for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in home remodeling or construction project management
Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and construction processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed (occasionally)
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for material pickup and delivery
Familiarity with local building codes and inspection processes is a plus
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
