About the Role: We are currently searching for an experienced and well-rounded Lead Craftsman to join our team. Reporting directly to the business owner, this role demands a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of home remodeling, including carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing work, tile installation, flooring, and painting. This full-time, hourly position offers 36-40+ hours per week, depending on the workload.
As our Lead Craftsman, you will be the linchpin of our projects, ensuring that every job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your work and may work independently or with an assistant, depending on the project scope.

Navigate customer interactions with professionalism, including handling any disputes.

Read and interpret blueprints and elevations.
Support the sales team with project estimates.

Expertise in finish carpentry, including crown molding and cabinet installation.

Preferred Skills:
Previous business ownership experience.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required; advanced or technical training preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in general remodeling.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage: $30 - $34/hr, based on experience.
Overtime pay at time and a half.
Health Care or Vehicle stipend.
