We are looking for a handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:
Painting and light carpentry
Plumbing and electrical work
Landscaping and gardening
Cleaning and light janitorial work
You will also be responsible for helping out with other day-to-day property management tasks, such as:
Resolving Tenant issues, delinquency, etc
Answering tenant questions
Assisting with squatter situations
Handling maintenance requests
Preparing rental units for new tenants
Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of experience as a handyman
Must have deep knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have strong communication and customer service skills
Must be semi-technical, including the ability to use property management software, email, and ability to take videos/photos from phone
Must have a car to drive from property to property
Must have tools and experience
Compensation:
$20-25 per hour depending on experience
Hours available are approx 5-10 hours a week

The properties we manage are located in Manayunk, West Philly, and South Philly. You will be responsible for driving to and from these properties to complete your work. You will also be responsible for providing your own tools and equipment.
