ANC Maintenance
An Apartment maintenance technician performs repairs and general maintenance in multiple apartment buildings in the Northwest Philadelphia Area. They may work on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. They may also perform landscaping and snow removal.
Responsibilities
Respond to tenant request and complaints
Install or repair equipment and appliances like sinks, toilets, electrical circuits
Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants
Keep common areas clean
Repaint walls and refinish floors
Perform emergency services
Maintain and monitor maintenance supplies
Assist with special maintenance projects
Maintain open communication with property management skills and qualifications
Technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry
Customer service mindset
Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to work on a variety of projects
Respond to after-hours emergencies if necessary
