Seeking experienced skilled maintenance/General Contractor with ability to do carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, tile, drywall, plumbing, electrical and experience with repairs for heaters (boilers and hot air) a plus but not necessary for full time maintenance and rehab. Also, must be able to oversee and manage current contractors and be responsible for the everyday running of the contracting side of business. Tools and vehicle required.
