Our company is seeking a residential carpenter to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our carpentry team. Our clients trust us to create unique designs, chose quality materials and complete remodels implementing this highest level of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful spaces and bringing our client’s dreams to life!
Master Carpenter –
o high end custom residential carpentry: finish trim work, cabinets, doors and window, and specialty carpentry task
o must have both rough and finish carpentry skills.
Must be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and coordinate well with project manager, fellow employees, and clients
Must be dedicated with a strong work ethic and a great attitude.
Must maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
Must have your own TRUCK/Commercial van and tools.

Requirements:
This individual will have ten or more years of experience as a MASTER Carpenter with rough building experience as well as high-end finishes, cabinetry, and molding installation.
You will need to maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and positive attitude and you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
You will be responsible for performing the duties of a working carpenter, including leading and training other carpenters, all while managing an exceptional client experience.
