Center City Philadelphia Property Management Company- Seeking Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician through training and work experience shall have a base of knowledge and skill set that separates them form a Maintenance Technician III. This Technician shall be considered mid-level or journeyman in their work experience and ability. Employees at this level receive general supervision from a Maintenance Supervisor, Specialist Technician or Maintenance Technician I while learning job tasks. A level II technician shall perform and assist in a variety of skilled, semi-skilled and manual tasks including general construction, cleaning, maintenance of plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. This technician is expected to solve most work problems independently and to make recommendations to supervisory personnel regarding those matters which involve technical questions and unusual problems or conditions.
