Job Summary:
As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in residential buildings. This includes installing and repairing sinks, toilets, and other fixtures, as well as appliances like dishwashers and garbage disposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing, drain cleaning, and related in-home service calls.
- Provide expert service to customers’ entire plumbing systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Clearly explain services performed to clients.
- Exceed revenue goals by understanding and meeting sales criteria.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Re-check all repairs and installations to ensure quality and reliability.
- Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
- Promote club memberships and achieve membership conversion and renewal goals.
- Represent the company professionally to gain new referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a neat and clean service truck, maximizing its visibility as a company billboard.
- Ensure accuracy in invoices, time cards, and feedback.
- Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules.
- Maintain a safe work environment and participate in training exercises.
- Mentor apprentices to ensure quick and accurate repairs and installations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical and trade experience.
- Current plumbing license.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
- Understanding of current regulations in the field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- General knowledge of power tools and safe usage techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong customer service skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to climb ladders and operate equipment.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds consistently.
- Operate handheld power tools and wear personal protective equipment.
- Work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day.
Working Environment:
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for extended periods.
- Exposure to smells, sounds, and debris associated with plumbing and construction sites.
