About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Driver Lead to help power our high-energy delivery team in the Philadelphia area. Reporting directly to the Driver Lead, you’ll support daily delivery operations, help coordinate drivers, and ensure every package is delivered with care and efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to learn, grow, and step up as a key player in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Driver Lead with daily coordination of route assignments and driver communications
Support drivers in the field, helping to resolve real-time delivery challenges
Help monitor proof of delivery processes and maintain accurate delivery records
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management
Participate in onboarding and training new drivers, setting them up for success
Encourage teamwork and a positive, inclusive work culture
Step in to deliver packages as needed, ensuring service levels are met
Champion safety and efficiency throughout daily operations
Who You Are:
Experienced delivery driver or logistics professional with knowledge of the Philadelphia area
Eager to learn and grow into a leadership role
Strong communicator, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology (delivery apps, route tools, etc.)
Positive attitude, solutions-focused, and a team player
Holds a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record
Bonus Points For:
Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or team support roles
Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities (preferred, not required)
