OVERVIEW
This role supports Feast Your Eyes’ warehouse, logistics, and event operations. You’ll help keep our commissary kitchen, equipment, and vehicles running smoothly while ensuring events are packed, delivered, and set up with care. A steady, solutions-oriented approach is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and warehouse workflow for all events.
- Receive, organize, pack, and stage event materials.
- Load and unload trucks/vans and assist with deliveries to venues and clients.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper restocking after events.
- Support event setup, event layouts, food station prep, and post-event breakdown.
- Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized, and optimized.
- Communicate clearly with sales, culinary, and logistics teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive trucks/vans with a driving record required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or event support preferred.
- Hospitality or catering experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical event/warehouse work.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and on uneven terrain.
